Bruschetta Stuffed Chicken


Four 6 Oz. Chicken breasts
10 Oz. Tri Color Sweety Pepp Bruschetta
 1 Cup Fresh breadcrumbs
½ Cup Asiago cheese grated
Pinch Salt and pepper to season
½ Tsp. Castella Parsley
1/4 Tsp. Castella Paprika
1/4 Cup Chicken broth


  1. Preheat oven to 425E
  2. Grease baking dish
  3.  Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
  4. Cut a pocket horizontally into each chicken breast
  5.  Set Aside
  6. In a bowl combine Artichoke Bruschetta, breadcrumbs and cheese.
  7. Mix well
  8. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of stuffing into each chicken breast pocket
  9. Pour chicken broth over the chicken
  10. Sprinkle with paprika
  11. Bake 15 minutes (Temp. of chicken should be 165)
  12. Place breasts on platter, spoon pan juice, garnish with chopped parsley
