Honey Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops


2/3 Cup Red Wine
1/3 Cup Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Castella Oregano
2 tsp. Castella Minced Garlic in Oil
1/2 tsp. Castella Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
2 1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Castella Ground Black Pepper
4 Loin Lamb Chops, 1 1/4 inches thick 


  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients ina large glass dish. 
  2. Place lamb chops in dish in single layer. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning every hour.
  4. Prepare barbecue. 
  5. Grill chops 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Pair with a Greek Salad and crusty Semolina bread.
