Greek Meatballs


1/2 lb Ground beef & pork
¼ cup Fresh Minced Parsley
a pinch of Castella Oregano
½ Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg, slightly beaten


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients including ½ tbsp oil.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
  3. Set oven to 350°
  4. Shape into 16 meatballs, coat in remaining olive oil, and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until meat is cooked.
