Pizza with Capers and Anchovies


Your Favorite Pizza Crust
¼ cup Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Freshly made tomato sauce
12 Castella Anchovy Fillets
2 tsp Castella Capers - rinsed and drained
¼ cup Castella Moroccan Cured Pitted Olives
6 oz Fresh Goat Cheese
2 tbsp Minced Fresh Thyme
¼ cup Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Chopped Fresh Marjoram


  1. Top the dough with olive oil, then spread tomato sauce.
  2. Top with the anchovies, capers, and olives.
  3. Dot with goat cheese and sprinkle with the thyme and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in hot oven.
  5. When finished cooking, remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil and marjoram.
