Sweet and Spicy Glazed Pecans


3 Cups Pecans
2 ½ Tbsp. Canola Oil
3 Tbsp. Sugar
½ Tsp. Castella Cayenne Pepper
½ Tsp. Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
  2. Use a large baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray.
  3. Stir the nuts and oil in a bowl to coat completely.
  4. Mix sugar, cayenne pepper and salt in a small bowl, then add this to the nuts and toss to coat.
  5. Empty the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake until pecan nuts are brown and crispy, stirring occasionally; about 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cool nuts completely before serving.

Makes 3 Cups

You won't be able to stop at just one. They're great to give as gifts and work well in salads!
