Ingredients
2 pkgs Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups
Castella Artichokes
, drained, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup
Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 tsp
Castella Chopped Garlic in Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 350°
Chop artichokes and combine with spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic, season with salt & pepper
Spread into oven safe dish
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through
Serve with crackers, bread, or flat breads
