Fried Stuffed Sweety Pepps


12 Castella Sweety Pepps

5 oz Cream Cheese
2 oz Artichoke Bruschetta 
2 tbsp Chopped Spinach
3 tsp Castella Chopped Garlic

1/3 cup Half and Half Cream
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Castella Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 ltr Castella Pomace Oil

Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
2 tsp Castella Lime Juice
1/4 cup Castella Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce


  1. Preheat oil in sauce pan or deep fryer.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Stuff the Sweety Pepps with the cream cheese filling.
  4. Roll stuffed Sweety Pepps in the cream, then dredge in flour and set aside for 10 minutes to set.
  5. Coat each pepper with cream again and dredge into bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry each pepper until golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
