Fried Stuffed Olives


¼ cup All- purpose flour
1 Egg Beaten


  1. Season flour with pepper.
  2. Put beaten egg in another bowl.
  3. Breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  4. Dredge olives in the flour.
  5. Use a slotted spoon, remove and dip into egg-wash.
  6. Dip into bread crumbs, make sure olives are coated.
  7. Fry olives in batches in hot oil that is 350°, for about 30 seconds.
  8. Drain on paper towel.
